“In Search of the Patridge Family” with Emma Stone
Was cast as a “Shirley” in the 7 week series on VH1, In Search of the Partridge Family. The “audition special” airs tonight. The series will air for the next 7 weeks. Gabi moves into the Universal Sheraton Hotel to begin her journey into Partridge-land with the other contestants including Emma Stone (then Emily Stone). Hung with her and her cool mom, Krista in the 16+ hour audition process.

Gabi receives a 2006 Garland Award Critic’s Honourable Mention for Lead Performance in a Musical for her role of “Polly Peachum” in The Threepenny Operaat the Odyssey Theatre (Aug-Dec. 2005.)

Gabi becomes the new first soprano for the amazing jazz harmony group CRESCENDO. There’s tons of music to learn. Her first gig with them will be in May at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood, after which they go to Asia for 3 weeks for the International Jazz Fest.

Gabi also shoots film VOWS with director Mark Ahrens, playing a captured soldier in Iraq who fights back against her torturers.

Gabi shoots film Magic Fruitsody with first time director Kate Mitchell. Donning a pretty fabulous apple costume and singing a spoof of Bohemian Rhapsody. This is a D-fest winner for sure!! (do stay tuned for pictures of this).
